What if my items aren't quite as described?

It happens. A disc might have more scratches than the photo showed, or a controller might have drift. If something is different from what you described, Sami will explain what he found and adjust the offer. You can accept the new offer or keep your items. For mail-in, if you decline, we'll ship everything back to you.
